Karns City celebrates Valentine’s Day

At Karns City Area Elementary School, classmates showed their kindness and appreciation for one another during their annual Valentine’s Day party Friday, Feb. 13.
Smiles and cheer spread through the classrooms as students celebrated the holiday with Valentine’s cards, decorated boxes and pink and red streamers all around the classroom.
