Ruth Ann Palmer
Ruth Ann (Conlan) Palmer, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.
Born June 20, 1948, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of John M. Conlan and Caroline (Gill) Conlan.

She was preceded in death by her younger brother, Jim Conlan, who passed away in November 2023.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jack Palmer; her cousin, Charles Sherman; her daughter, Cindy Regis, and her husband, Don; their children, Jacob Regis and wife, Crista, and Jonathon Regis and wife, Christina; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Noah, Isaac, Jonah, Lakyn, Faith and Mayah.
