Donald Eugene King
Donald Eugene King, 79, of Butler passed away at 8:30 a.m. Friday at The Creek Meadows in Zelienople.
He was born July 15, 1930, in Butler, the son of the late Walter Carlton King and the late Martha Stevenson King.
Mr. King was a veteran of the Air Force and a member of Homeacre Chapel. He was retired from Armco Steel.
He enjoyed fishing, riding his Honda Gold Wing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, G. Faye McKinnis King, who he married March 1, 1954; a daughter, Marcia J. and her husband, Wylie Goe of Fombell; two sons, Leonard M. and his wife, Connie, King of Butler, Jeffrey B. and his wife, Carol, King of Butler; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Blakely of Butler.
He was preceded in death by his son, Brian S. King, and his sister, Doris Mitchell.
<B>KING</B> — Friends of Donald Eugene King, who died Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the <B>YOUNG FUNERAL HOME</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with his pastor, the Rev. David Fisher, officiating.
