Carmody's 31 paces Planets

Mars downs Plum, 65-62; Planet girls also get win

Michael Carmody scored 31 points as the Mars boys basketball team won a road section game against Plum 65-62 Tuesday night.

Zach Schlegel added 12 points and Mihali Sfanos contributed 10 in the victory for the Planets (7-2, 3-1).

Mt. Pleasant 55, Freeport 45 — Aiden Skradski scored 12 points and Matt Aulicino scored 11 in the Yellowjackets' loss.
