Karns City basketball’s Naomi Venesky named KSAC MVP after dominant regular season. See the full list
Days after she became the 11th Karns City girls basketball player to reach 1,000 career points, senior guard Naomi Venesky was named the KSAC girls basketball MVP for the 2025-26 season.
Venesky has been dominant all season for the 19-2 Gremlins, averaging more than 15 points a game. She is the lone Butler County player, boys or girls, to be named first team this year.
But the Gremlins are represented elsewhere, with freshman guard Taylor Ritzert earning second team and Hannah Dailey earning third team.
On the boys’ side, KC’s Cole Johnson and A-C Valley’s Joe Rapp garned second-team honors.
