Edgar Allen Bish
Edgar Allen Bish, 72, of Bish Road, East Brady, died at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sugarcreek Rest, Worthington, after a period of failing health.
He was born in Sugarcreek Township on Jan. 29, 1935, the son of John J. and Cora Kellerman Bish.
He retired from Supervalue Inc., a division of Wetteau-Supervalue, where he was in maintenance.
He was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Chicora
Mr. Bish was a 1952 graduate of East Brady High School, where he was a member of the basketball team.
He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany in 1958 and 1959.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.
He was married to the former Martha Lee Kamerer on Aug. 23, 1969, in the Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church, Chicora, by the Rev. Paul V. Reitnauer, and she survives. Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Myrna J. Hankinson of East Brady; a niece, Melanie Drumm and her husband, Michael, of East Brady; a nephew, Jeffrey Hankinson of New Castle, and three great-nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1960, his mother in 2006, and a brother-in-law, Donald Hankinson, in 1987.
<B>Bish</B> — Funeral services for Edgar Allen Bish, who died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007, were held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Chicora, at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. James A. Higgins officiating. Private burial followed at Mount Pleasant Lutheran Cemetery, Chicora. Arrangements were handled by the <B>Richard D.
