Ida Boros

Ida Boros, 90, of White Oak, formerly of McKeesport, died Tuesday at the Kane Regional Hospital.

She was the widow of Frank Boros.

Born April 27, 1918, in Soldier, Jefferson County, she was the daughter of John Baros and Catherine Siejka Baros.

She retired from the McKeesport School District.

Mr. Boros was a member of the St. Angela Merici Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Ruth Ann Koos of Blairsville and Janet, wife of William Breckenridge, of White Oak; two sons, John Boros of Delmont and James Boros, husband of Kathy, of White Oak; and a sister, Olga Gabriel of New Castle. She also is survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death in August by a son, Frank Boros.

<B>BOROS</B> Friends of Ida Boros, who died Tuesday, April 21, 2009, are invited to call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the <B>William H. Craig Funeral Hone</B>, 3000 Versailles Ave., McKeesport. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Angela Merici Church, White Oak, with Father Stephen Chervenak officiating. Burial will be at the New St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles.
