SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:
Christopher Donald Gaiser, 25, of Prospect waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence filed July 7 by state police.
Kassandra S. McKean, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of unlawful sale and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility filed July 1 by state police.
Christopher James Millington, 21, of Etters, Pa., waived to court two counts of driving under the influence charges filed June 21 by state police.
Robert W. Croyle, 62, of Adrian, Armstrong County, was held for court on one count of theft by deception filed June 10 by state police. Croyle was absent from court, and a bench warrant was issued.
Richard Allen Byers, 38, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to a use and possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed May 15 by Harrisville police. Byers was ordered to pay a $300 fine.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:George Dicicco, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of manufacture of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a small amount of marijuana and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 24 by state police.Justin Enslen, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 14 by state police.Kenneth Gratzinger II, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Feb. 14 by state police.Zachary Kennedy, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 19 by Saxonburg policeThomas Kutsch, 54, of Sarver waived to court charges of possessing gambling devices and allowing gambling on premises, filed June 23 by state police.William Montgomery, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, and harassment, filed Nov. 4 by state police.Robert Wienand, 32, of Butler was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed June 27 by Middlesex Township police.
