Clyde H. Campbell
Clyde H. Campbell, 65, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, went to be with the Lord on Monday.
Born April 7, 1943, in Butler, he was the son of the late Frank and Stella Mae (Knauff) Campbell.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Clyde was a radiographer with the National Valve Manufacturing Co. and an excavator with Raymond Campbell Excavating and Earl Duncan Excavating.
He lived for his farm in Middlesex, where he and his wife raised their family and worked tirelessly taking care of their many farm animals and vegetable gardens.
He was the beloved husband for 42 years of Patricia J. (Connors) Campbell, whom he married July 9, 1966; loving father of Lisa M. (Aaron) Johns of Butler, Lauri A. Campbell of Valencia and Lindsay M. Campbell of Florida; and brother of Raymond Campbell of Freeport, Stella Louise Graham of Connoquenessing, Carol Jean Passon of Colorado, Betsy Ace of Belle Vernon, Cindy Nebel of Cabot, Janet Voll of Mars and Caroline Campbell-Twentier of Virginia. Also surviving are three dear grandsons, Nathan, Connor and Shane Johns of Butler.
<B>CAMPBELL</B> — The family of Clyde H. Campbell, who died Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, will welcome friends from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Crossway Church, 109 Davis Road, Valencia. Please meet at church. The Rev. Dr. Chris Marshall will officiate.
