SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Paul R. Casey, 40, of Valencia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Dec. 29 by Penn Township police.

Christopher D. Davies, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and a lane violation, filed Jan. 4 by Penn Township police.

Brian M. Eddy, 47, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, filed Dec. 27 by Middlesex Township police.

Craig L. Geibel, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 22 by Penn Township police.

Jesse M. Moran, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Feb. 8 by state police.

William M. Schantz, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, careless driving and two lane violations, filed March 3.

Paul Vokish, 64, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Bryan W. Anthony, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 16 by township police. Anthony was ordered to pay $650.50 in fines and court costs.Adam P. Baldauff, 41, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Feb. 3 by township police.Sean N. Clemens, 31, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals, careless driving, failing to keep right, disobeying traffic control device and making an improper left turn, filed Jan. 17 by township police.Kent L. Cooper, 44, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Jan. 9 by state police.Robert E. Fair, 31, of Sligo, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 31. Fair was ordered to pay $704.50 in fines and court costs.Robert A. Hancheck Jr., 46, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, two lane violations, driving with an obstructed windshield and an open container violation, filed Feb. 9 by township police.Donald J. Hutchinson, 20, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and underage drinking, filed Feb. 2 by township police. Hutchinson was ordered to pay $586 in fines and court costs.Alexander M. Kocko Jr., 18, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 13 by township police.Richard J. Kubik, 60, of New Castle waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 5 by township police.Julie L. Lascuola, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 30 by township police.Lee A. McKain, 35, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed in separate cases Feb. 6 by township police. McKain was ordered to pay a combined $1,069.50 in fines an court costs.Steven M. Paraska, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Jan. 30 by state police.Austin M. Rottman, 20, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Nov. 21 by township police. Rottman was ordered to pay $253.50 in fines and court costs.Branden M. Spare, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Nov. 21 by township police. Spare was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Michael C. Summerill Jr., 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of fleeing to avoid apprehension, theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle, resisting arrest, false identification to police, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license, improperly abandoning a vehicle, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 26 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Richard Bortz, 40, of East Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 14.Amy B. Dickison, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 14.Lawrence Dorenkamp Sr., 66, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 7.Karen Hinderliter, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 14.Jonathan K. Maker, 46, of Butler waived to court 16 counts of receiving stolen property and a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed Jan. 22.Jason D. McCandless, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 30.Kevin M. Miller, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 22 Miller was ordered to pay $469 in fines and court costs.
