BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Justin W. Brown, 24, of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of conspiracy to posses with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 13.
Charles J. Coy, 21, of East Butler waived to court charges of indecent assault and harassment, filed July 3. Coy, in an unrelated case also filed July 3, waived charges of corruption of minors and indecent exposure.
Colleen R. Cunningham, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 9.
Jonathan Daugherty, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault by a prisoner, terroristic threats, public drunkenness and three counts of criminal mischief, filed July 25.
Christopher A. Defelice, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 3.
Dorian D. Fancher, 31, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of false swearing to mislead police, unsworn falsification, false identification to police, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and failing to carry his license, filed July 3.
Christopher A. Gratzinger, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit trespass, attempted trespass and criminal mischief, filed June 27.
Ares M. Harlan, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, careless driving, disregarding a flashing red signal, driving a vehicle without valid inspection, improper use of a learner's permit, not wearing proper headgear on a motorcycle, driving a motorcycle without eye protection and two counts of not using turn signals, filed June 13.
Alex M. Kocko, 46, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed June 27.
Troy D. Lehnerd, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and not using turn signals, filed July 6.
Carlos Medina, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed June 15, Medina was ordered to pay $762.50 in fines and court costs.
Ashley E. Morabito, 23, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 2.
Ryan Charles-Pete Mullen, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit trespass and driving with a suspended license, filed June 26.
Matthew J. Rekich, 19, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault with a person less than 16 years old, filed July 2.
Shari Lu Sorce, 49, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 5.
Amanda G. Thomas, 39, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed June 29.
Brandon J. Thompson,19, of Guys Mills, Crawford County, waived to court charges of retail theft and theft by deception, filed July 6.
Richard P. Wallace Jr., 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed April 14. Wallace was ordered to pay $762.50 in fines and court costs.
