Butler Township10:24 p.m. June 19 — Police said that Zackary James Delaney, 20, of Lyndora scratched the hood and spit on the windshield of someone’s car. He allegedly threatened the victim “during his tirade,” according to a police report. He was charged with criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct.3:11 p.m., May 22 — Joshua Lee McClosky, 21, of Butler was charged with theft of movable property, theft by deception and access device fraud. Police allege the defendant was stealing from his employer, 70E Solutions.
