Mary Loughner Burkart, 86, of Greensburg, died Saturday at St. Anne Home.

Born April 1, 1923, in Jeannette, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Marie P. Loughner.

Mary was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral and was a retired employee for the City of Greensburg Tax Office.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William J. Burkart; and a brother, William Loughner.

She is survived by her devoted children, Eileen M., Karlice L., James P. Burkart and Joyce Ann Ringling and her husband, Greg, all of Greensburg, William J. Burkart and his wife, Pat, of Sarver, and Ralph C. Burkart and his wife, Becky, of Newport News, Va.; eight grandchildren, Aaron, Megan, Rebecca and Matthew Burkart, Joshua, Rachel, Abigail and Zachary Ringling; her sister, Helen Reger of Claridge; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Loughner of Grapeville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

<B>BURKART</B> — Friends and family will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the <B>Kepple-Graft Funeral Home</B>, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg.A prayer service will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral.Burial will follow in the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.The family wishes memorial contributions be made to either St. Anne Home, 685 Angela Drive, Greensburg, or the Aquinas Academy Library Fund, 333 N.
