Phyllis Charlotte Neubert, 95, of Cabot passed away Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, at her home.

Born Dec. 1, 1929 in Jefferson Township, she was the daughter of Willis Bachman and Minnie Lang.

Phyllis was a life-long member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot which was built by her father, grandfather and uncles. She was a busy prayer warrior for her large family, and she loved gardening, canning, sewing and cooking mass quantities of food. She enjoyed planning and executing super fun Easter and holiday events that always taught about Jesus.

Surviving are her children, Luther (Sandy) Neubert, Judy (Don) Coulter, Paul Neubert, Barb (Kevin) Tasker and Tim (Gwenn) Neubert, 21 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Neubert; two sons, Mark and Tom Neubert; her brother, Robert Bachman and an infant brother.

NEUBERT — Friends of Phyllis Charlotte Neubert, who died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot, with her grandson, the Rev. Willis McCall and the Rev. Brian Bocian officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
