Vietmeier

Nona M. Vietmeier, 84, of Saxonburg, passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, at the St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

Born Oct. 4, 1941, in Bellevue, Pa., she was the daughter of Betty Livingston Miller.

Nona enjoyed her dogs, doing yardwork, spending time with friends and family and going to the beach.

Surviving are her children, Debbie (Joe) Amoroso of Freedom, Scott (Lisa) Vietmeier of Wasilla, Alaska, and Darin Vietmeier of Connoquenessing; her sister, Patricia Makris of Pittsburgh; and six grandchildren, Stephanie Cozza, Payden Vietmeier, Travis Vietmeier, Tanner Vietmeier, Colten Vietmeier and Brett Vietmeier.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard W. Vietmeier; one brother, Gilbert Beilstein; and one grandson, Kashen Irizarry.

VIETMEIER — Friends of Nona M. Vietmeier, who died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, will be received from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. A memorial service will follow at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Bob Zonts officiating.

Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
