SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

William Frey, 22, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Richard Jay, 29, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 19 by state police. Jay was ordered to pay $351.50 in fines and court costs.

Andrei Latour, 47, of Polk, Venango County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 30 by Buffalo Township police.

Kelly Sarvey, 22, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed May 18 by Middlesex Township police.

Justin Spurk, 28, of Callery waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a stop sign violation, making an illegal turn, careless driving, illegally entering or crossing a road, and a lane violation, filed March 26 by state police.

Patrick Tomanio, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed April 27 by Buffalo Township police.
