Norma Jean Snow, 78, of Concordia Lutheran Ministries passed away at 4:13 p.m. Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 17, 1933, in Butler to the late Oscar Eury and Virgie Butz Eury.

Mrs. Snow was a homemaker and a member of the Hill United Presbyterian Church.

Her greatest love was taking care of her family. She enjoyed camping and traveling.

Mrs. Snow is survived by four sons, Melvin R. Snow and his wife, Linda, of Butler, Dean R. Snow Jr. and his wife, Sharon, of Chicora, William Scott Snow and his wife, Sherie, of Butler and Jamie L. Snow and Melissa L. Westfall of Cleveland, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dean R. Snow Sr., who she married Oct. 12, 1951, and who passed away March 27, 2007; one daughter, Virginia Marie Snow Tate; one brother; and two sisters.

<B>SNOW </B>— Visitation for Norma Jean Snow, who died Friday, March 25, 2011, will be at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be at the funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Clark Sawyer of Hill United Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery, Petrolia.Memorials are suggested to be made to Meals on Wheels — Butler, 218 E.
