Moraine State Park is inviting parkgoers to spend their Veterans Day hiking along the park’s Hilltop Trail starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11. Those who participate are encouraged to invite a veteran to come along.

The hike is approximately 3 miles in length, so participants are encouraged to bring sturdy footwear and dress for the weather. Parking is near the entrance to the Bear Run Boat Launch at the South Shore.
