Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 17 — Sara Lee McCollums, 29, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of trespass, resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 17 incident. Police said McCollums refused to leave Butler Memorial Hospital’s emergency room, refused commands from police and had a glass pipe with residue.
Oct. 16 — Kenneth Russell Merriman, 21, of Gibsonia, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 31 incident. Police said Merriman tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.089%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 17 — Trent Ronald Williams, 26, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 27 crash in Forward Township. Police said Williams had a blood alcohol content of 0.233%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 17 — Robert Clark Pagonis, 56, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 11 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Pagonis had a blood alcohol content of 0.102%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 17 — Steven Dean Berwick, 21, of Cranberry Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 6 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Berwick had a glass bong, a plastic container of marijuana, a blue grinder and tested positive for THC.
