CATTLE 285 — (Slaughter steers sold mostly steady.)

Steers — Choice 1-3, 1000-1925 lbs., 83.50-86.75; select 1-2, 985-1520 lbs., 80.50-84.; standard 1-2, 1000-1425 lbs., 72.-78.

Holstein steers — High choice and prime 2-3, few, 1185-1500 lbs., 78.50-81.50; choice 2-3, few, 1200-1430 lbs., 75.50-78.50; select 1-2, one, 1515 lbs., 70.

Heifers — Choice 1-3, 1000-1325 lbs., 82.50-85.50; select 1-2, few, 1215-1290 lbs., 80.; standard 1-2, 1100-1250 lbs., 70.50-78.50.

Cows — Breakers, 75-80 percent lean, 53.-59.50, one at 63.; boners, 80-85 percent lean, 48.-55.; lean, 85-90 percent lean, 42.-48.50. Shells — 41. and down.

Bulls — Yield grade 1, few, 1315-2245 lbs., 60.-65.; yield grade 2, few, 1065-1925 lbs., 55.-60.
