Our nation was founded on the idea of separation of church and state. Just now on CNN there was a segment on radical church leaders forgoing their sermons for supporting political campaigns. I certainly hope people will stand up and walk out of mass. I assure you, if it happens in my church, I will get up and walk out.

This is America, not Pakistan. Politics and religion do not mix. That is one of the reasons our country has been successful thus far. When will these holier than thou wackos realize their translations of the Bible might not be the only translation, and their political views have no place in churches that are tax exempt. If they want to turn their church into a political place, they should loose their tax exempt status.

Again, grasping at straws, they are trying to turn this election into one insignificant issue. With all the other problems we are facing on Wall Street and with this ridiculous war, why do they think they are holier than the next person based on who they vote for. It is absolutely amazing... This is the 21st century for Pete's sake!
