Diane Beck, 3, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Beck of Meridian, models a beret which was among prizes at the Meridian Women’s Club’s annual card party on Oct. 23, 1971, at the Pullman Supervisors Park. Displaying some of the handmade prizes are Mrs. Frank Lang, left, chairman of the ways and means committee, and Beck, co-chairman. Proceeds benefited the club’s philanthropic work.
