Albert C. Sismour Sr., 83, of Saxonburg died Wednesday at Alle-Kiski Medical Center.

Born Dec. 19, 1924, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Albert W. and Hilda Bauer Sismour.

He served in the Army during World War II in Europe.

He worked as a draftsman for the PA Engineering Corp. in Lawrenceville

He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot and the Saxonburg American Legion 683.

He enjoyed bowling and golf.

Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Weir Sismour, whom he married April 11, 1948; a son, Albert (Linda) C. Sismour Jr. of Casselberry, Fla.; a daughter, Carol (Robert) Lomb of Allison Park; a daughter, Jean (Jack) Schempp of Gibsonia; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, James (Katherine) Sismour of Shaler Township.

Preceding him in death was a daughter, Donna Smetana.
