BIG FINISH — Seneca Valley football enjoyed the final chapter of its 1983 season with an annual recognition dinner sponsored by the Raiders Quarterback Club. QB Club president Don Checkan is at left and coach Wayne Roccia at right. Honored at the occasion were Mr. and Frank Kostlich with the Appreciation Award and end Tom Launer, Most Valuable Player, second from the right, who was selected by his teammates.
