Nicholas R. Fresh
Nicholas Ronald Fresh, 74, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Bradys Bend and Butler, died at 3:45 a.m. Friday at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland.
Mr. Fresh was born in Blawnox on June 28, 1938. He was the son of Samuel and Anna Pearl Yeager Fresh.
He had been employed for many years at LTV Steel in Cleveland, and he was a U.S. Army veteran. His interests included electronics and firearms.
He is survived by his son, Nathan M. Fresh and his wife, Jennifer, of Parma, Ohio; a number of stepchildren; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Felicia Fresh; one brother, Lawrence Fresh of East Brady; two sisters, June Kamerer of Mims, Fla., and Lorraine Weaver of Worthington; and a number of other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Nathan's mother, Kathleen Lizak; five brothers and two sisters.
FRESH — A graveside service with military honors accorded by the Chicora VFW and the Chicora and Bradys Bend American Legion Posts for Nicholas Ronald Fresh, who died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Concord Cemetery in Hooker.Arrangements are under the direction of the Hile Funeral Home of Chicora.Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.hilefh.com.The family suggests memorial contributions in Mr. Fresh's memory be made to the veterans' charity of one's choice.
