Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

Sept. 18 — Michael Anthony Savannah, 64, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 20 crash. Police said Savannah had a blood alcohol content of 0.173%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 18 — David Kenneth Freehling, 53, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 13 traffic stop. Police said Freehling had five hypodermic needles, two vials and a paper fold containing methamphetamine, one white pill and a THC vape cartridge.

Sept. 18 — Lisa K. Thomas, 60, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 18 incident. Police said Thomas had suspected crack cocaine, a glass pipe with residue and stole $312.27 in merchandise from Walmart.

Sept. 18 — Jacob Gabriel Stewart, 24, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 1 crash. Police said Stewart tested positive for THC and gabapentin and showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 18 — Steven Michael Kennedy, 42, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 29 crash. Police said Kennedy had a blood alcohol content of 0.303%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 18 — Amanda Dawn Zedreck, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Aug. 28 incident. Police said Zedreck attempted to steal $469.31 in merchandise from Walmart.

State police, Butler

Sept. 17 — Keirstan Wiles, 29, of Sarver, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 6 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Wiles had suspected methamphetamine and a pill bottle.

Sept. 17 — Jonathen Paul Parker, 20, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 9 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Parker tested positive for THC, amphetamine and methamphetamine.

Sept. 17 — Tiffany Renee Lingle, 25, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following a July 9 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Lingle had about one gram of suspected methamphetamine, six marijuana cigarettes and about 3 grams of suspected marijuana.
