Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Sept. 15 — Johnny William White, 51, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 25 traffic stop. Police said White had a blood alcohol content of 0.195%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler

Sept. 15 — Jonathen Paul Parker, 20, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 15 incident. Police said Parker punched a woman multiple times, pulled her hair and strangled her.

Sept. 15 — Mylan Marie Green, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Sept. 13 incident. Police said Green had crack cocaine.

Sept. 17 — Mandy Jo McCarty, 50, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal trespass following an Aug. 28 incident. Police said McCarty was seen in a residence she was not allowed inside.

Sept. 17 — Mandy Jo McCarty, 50, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal trespass following a Sept. 7 incident. Police said McCarty was seen running from a residence she was not allowed inside.

Sept. 17 — Mandy Jo McCarty, 50, of Butler, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 5 incident. Police said McCarty had about 32 grams of fentanyl and related drug paraphernalia.

Butler County Detectives

Sept. 16 — Eric A. Harvey, 36, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an investigation from June to August in Cranberry Township. Police said Harvey had 26 pills, 0.61 ounces of suspected cocaine, a digital scale with white powder residue and admitted to selling 0.5 to 1.5 ounces of cocaine per week.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 15 — Maxence Oliver Truche, 23, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 1 crash. Police said Truche had a blood alcohol content of 0.217%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 15 — Jan Alice Epps, 50, of Cranberry Township, was charged with six misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession, five misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 29 traffic stop. Police said Epps showed signs of impairment and had a digital scale with white residue, a tobacco pipe with white residue, six hypodermic needles, six glass pipes, two Restoril capsules, two clonazepam pills, 1.3 grams of suspected cocaine and 1.7 grams of suspected crack cocaine.

Slippery Rock

Sept. 17 — Destiny Sage Stemmerich, 30, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 15 incident. Police said Stemmerich had a needle and a spoon with residue.
