Margaret Wylie
Margaret “Meg” (Nicklas) Wylie, 48, of Zelienople, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday at UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless Township, surrounded by loved ones.
Margaret was born Aug. 13, 1962, in Grove City. She was the daughter of Joan (Zeigler) Nicklas of Zelienople and the late Dr. Thomas M. Nicklas.
She was a 1980 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and also graduated from the Bradford School of Business and held an associate degree from Butler County Community College.
Meg attended Grace Church of Harmony.
She was a loving and devoted mother who enjoyed raising her children. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the beach.
In addition to her mother, Meg is survived by two children, her daughter, Devin Wylie and her son, Ross Wylie, both at home; three brothers, Richard Z. (Sandy) Nicklas of Zelienople, Michael (Brooke) Nicklas of Malvern, Chester County, and Thomas (Dana) Nicklas of Cranberry Township; along with three nieces and five nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Dr. Harry and Lenore Nicklas; and her maternal grandparents, Omar and Anna Zeigler.
<B>WYLIE</B> — Friends of Margaret “Meg” (Nicklas) Wylie, who died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Grace Church of Harmony, 538 Main St., Harmony, PA 16037. Friends, please meet a the church.
