Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 5 — Jakob Michael Obrien, 26, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 27 crash. Police said Obrien had a THC vape cartridge, suspected crushed dextroamphetamine, two marijuana grinders, two marijuana jars and a THC topical balm.
Aug. 12 — Michael Jacob Leibovitz, 28, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a July 5 traffic stop. Police said Leibovitz showed signs of impairment.
Aug. 11 — Sherry Lynn Sell, 55, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor false alarm following an Aug. 11 incident. Police said Sell falsely reported a fire.
Aug. 11 — Jerimiah Haskins, 43, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an Aug. 3 incident. Police said Haskins took $40 in cash.
Aug. 7 — Athena Tompai, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized vehicle use following an Aug. 7 incident. Police said Tompai was driving a stolen vehicle.
Aug. 11 — Mira Ashley Paige Codispot, 22, of East Brady, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 22 crash in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Codispot had a blood alcohol content of 0.13%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 12 — Anthony Lincoln Hawke, 38, of Canonsburg, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 15 traffic stop in Jackson Township. Police said Hawke had a bag of narcotics, tested positive for cocaine and had a blood alcohol content of 0.192%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 5 — Shane Charles Shiring, 32, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 9 traffic stop in Zelienople. Police said Shiring had a blood alcohol content of 0.183%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 9 — Darren J. Kolarik, 47, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 9 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Kolarik threw a woman on the ground and attempted to headbutt her.
Aug. 9 — Amanda Eullenn Juart, 44, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 9 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Juart bit a man in the head and attempted to headbutt him.
Aug. 12 — Phillip Gould, 60, of West Sunbury, was charged with three felony counts of firearms possession while prohibited and misdemeanor simple assault following a July 14 incident in Clay Township. Police said Gould struck a woman on her face with a closed fist and had a rifle and two handguns.
Aug. 12 — Adam M. Gould, 41, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 14 incident in Clay Township. Police said Gould struck a man in the face multiple times with closed fists.
Aug. 12 — Arica Rene Earp-Jackson, 39, of Oil City, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license following a July 1 crash in Marion Township. Police said Earp-Jackson had an open can of beer in the vehicle.
Aug. 12 — Hunter Douglas Stott, 23, of Emlenton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 10 incident. Police said Stott tested positive for methamphetamine and THC.
Aug. 12 — Carmen Lee Anderson, 44, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 5 incident in Fairview Township. Police said Anderson had a blood alcohol content of 0.198%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 12 — Brandon James Keene, 38, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 1 incident in Venango Township. Police said Keene had a small amount of suspected cocaine.
Aug. 12 — Patrick Timothy Keeley, 49, of McDonald, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 13 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Keeley had a blood alcohol content of 0.101%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 12 — Terri Lea Brown, 50, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 25 crash in Middlesex Township. Police said Brown had a blood alcohol content of 0.177%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 12 — Joshua Adam Logan, 53, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Aug. 12 incident in Lancaster Township. Police said Logan showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol.
