Three preliminary hearings were held Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Sue Haggerty in Saxonburg.

Joseph A. Rock, 36, of East Butler, was held for court on two charges of driving under the influence and three summary traffic violations filed by Buffalo Township police following a June 12 incident.

Kimberly M. Gray, 44, of Saxonburg, waived her hearing into two charges of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a suspended license filed by Saxonburg police following a June 30 incident.

Amanda Trim, 35, of Sarver, waived her hearing into a charge of theft by unlawful taking filed by Saxonburg police following a July 5 incident.
