No, I understood your point perfectly. I agree with you about the teachers, they should not be the ones in the kids ears telling them what's abuse and what's not abuse. I stated that it's the parents job to talk with the child about this. I don't know why they constantly put that stuff out there. However, when you talk about drugs, and drinking..it makes perfect sense that they try and reinforce those issues to the kids. I'm not saying in the elementry levels, but as they get in high school. I understand that this is a tough topic, but that's just my opinion. Maybe there would'nt be so many drug addicts, and alcholics on every street..if families were closer. It seems these days, that is not happening and this results in time well wasted for the children growing up. But, as I was saying, I did understand your point and it is a very hard thing to try and figure out where things have gone wrong. Sometimes if you (not you, but in general) right in front of you, you can see the big picture. I'm not degrading anyone, but trying to put things into perspective.
