Thomas, I hate to be the one to give you the bad news but , I will.There is no such thing as a haunted house, ghost or phantom. They only exist in your own mind. That is a fact!!

When you die, you are in fact dead. (until such a time that you are resurrected by Christ for those of us that believe this)The Bible states that the dead know nothing(I actually know quite a few living people who know nothing, lol)I in fact believe this to be true, the dead do know nothing and are in control of nothing. Your fears and fascinations are unfounded. Anyone who has ever died is guess what? Still in fact dead (except for those of us who believe in Christ who overcame death according to the Bible) Here is some solid advice; don't fear the dead who cannot hurt you, fear the living. I understand the spirit(no pun intended) of your post ,but it just bothers me to no end how some people just believe in things that are not so, by the way Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy all qualify in the same categorey of things that don't exist.I would say this however, the areas of Butler you mentioned are quite scary but for totally different reasons other than ghost stories and haunted houses, (More like haunted crack houses).
