Phyllis E. Sapp, 69, of Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Grove City died Monday at the Grove City Medical Center.

Born in Nelson, Ohio, Feb. 21, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Culp and the late Anna Soltis Culp.

She married Carl Sapp on April 12, 1959, in Chesterfield, S.C., and he survives.

Mrs. Sapp was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ Church in Sharon.

Surviving are her husband, Carl, of Grove City; two sons, James Sapp and his wife, Anita, of Grove City and Michael Sapp and his wife, Louise, of New Castle; and two grandchildren, Heather Ann and Emily Grace Sapp.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Douglas Culp; and a sister, Evelyn Hubbard.
