Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 22 — Trenton Calvin Douglass, 19, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing or eluding following a July 3 traffic stop. Police said Douglass fled a traffic stop.
July 18 — Zachary Ryan Gilbert, 32, of Butler, was charged with felony strangulation and one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following a July 13 incident. Police said Gilbert choked a woman twice, bit her, pushed a door into her and threatened to have someone close to her killed.
July 21 — Brianna Nicole O’Malley, 29, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a July 18 incident. Police said O’Malley provided a false last name and had a small amount of suspected crack cocaine and two glass smoking tubes.
July 22 — Zachary Theodophol Ryan, 46, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and simple assault following a June 24 incident. Police said Ryan punched a woman resulting in a fractured nose and two black eyes, put a knife to her neck, put her in a choke hold and said he would kill her.
July 22 — Flint Reese Watson, 21, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a June 7 crash. Police said Watson’s blood alcohol content was 0.18%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 22 — Brandon Lee Fusaro-Podobensky, 32, of Grove City, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts, two misdemeanor counts of driving without an ignition interlock system, and one misdemeanor count each of drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a July 6 traffic stop. Police said Fusaro-Podobensky was driving without an ignition interlock system, had a bag of marijuana, a THC vape pen and tested positive for THC.
July 22 — Shawn Christopher Rea, 42, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a June 8 traffic stop. Police said Rea had 10 clonazepam pills in a small bag.
July 22 — Bradley James Parsons, 29, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief and simple assault following a July 6 crash. Police said Parsons crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.
June 28 — Ryan Jeffrey Norris, 24, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 30 crash. Police said Norris had a BAC of 0.194%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
July 18 — Tasha A. Mosley, 41, of Cleveland, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property following a July 1 incident. Police said Mosley stole 36 items valued at $7,970.37 from Home Depot over two instances.
July 21 — Sean Patrick Webb, 35, of Poston, S.C., was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a July 20 traffic stop. Police said Webb showed signs of impairment but refused testing.
July 23 — Caleb Michael Deems, 36, of Allison Park, was charged with misdemeanor harassment following a May 21 incident. Police said Deems sent 103 forms of unsolicited communication to a woman.
May 21 — Police investigated a hit-and-run crash on Eagle Mill Road in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Kelly M. Rearick, 48, of Renfrew, struck a utility pole with a Hyundai Santa Fe and did not alert authorities.
