Daniel T. Scott

Daniel T. Scott, 75, of Middlesex Township died Thursday morning at his home.

He was born in Philadelphia on Feb. 13, 1930, the son of Daniel Patrick and Mary Dunn Scott.

Mr. Scott had been a lab technician for the Gulf Oil Corporation-University of Pittsburgh and Chevron.

He was a member of St. Thomas Church in the Fields of Episcopal Church. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War, and he belonged to the American Legion and the U.S. Navy Memorial Association.

Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Elizabeth J. Cooke Scott; a daughter, Janice Scott-Fish of Ashburn, Va.; two sons, Kenneth A. (Georgine) Scott of Mars and David B. (Margaret) Scott of Akron, Ohio; two brothers, James Scott of Stafford, Va., and Thomas Scott of Sharon Hill, and seven grandchildren.

SCOTT - Friends of Daniel T. Scott, who died Thursday Sept. 29, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at theMcDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, INC 238 Crowe Ave. Mars. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Fields Episcopal Church, Dickey Road, Gibsonia, with the Rev. Daniel Crawford, pastor, and the Rev. Arthur Dilg, retired pastor, officiating. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be in the Mars Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
