Specter will host meeting Thursday
KITTANNING — Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., will have a town-hall meeting at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Belmont Complex.
Specter is hosting town-hall meetings throughout the state while Congress is in recess. He will address the audience briefly and spend an hour responding to residents' questions.
