The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

July 1 — Kenneth E. Hores Jr., 60, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following a June 22 traffic stop. Police said Hores had a blood alcohol content of 0.158%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

June 2 — Michael A. Demko, 45, of Lyndora, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and one misdemeanor count each of evading arrest and resisting arrest following a July 1 incident. Police said Demko ran from officers, attempted to barricade himself and had 32 stamp bags of suspected fentanyl, a baggie of methamphetamine and two syringes.

July 3 — Nico P. Montileone, 20, of Beaver Falls, was charged with felony fleeing or eluding and misdemeanor fleeing or eluding following a July 1 traffic stop. Police said Montileone refused to pull over his vehicle and sped away from officers.

July 1 — Jamar A. Hall, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing an officer following a May 23 traffic stop in Summit Township. Police said Hall ignored commands to pull over his vehicle.

July 1 — Amanda A. Beck, 40, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock following a June 25 traffic stop in Summit Township.
