EVANS CITY --- These cases were recently in District Judge Wayne Seibel's court:

David Richard Yates, 42, of Evans City appeared for an arrest prior to a requisition charge filed by the state police on May 18. A bench warrant had been issued in Wisconsin for his failure to appear in court for a driving under the influence case.

James Daniel Wylie, 49, of Zelienople had his case held for court. He was charged May 2 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damaged to unattended vehicles or property and careless driving.

Jill Diane Eselman, 31, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged May 25 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception and theft by deception.

Clifton J. Eselman, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 25 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception and theft by deception.

Roger Alan Lutz, 53, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

Joshua Mark Collier, 18, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged May 2 by the Adams Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert James Stiger, Jr., 39, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property and failure to notify law enforcement of an accident or damage to property.

Michael Wayne Park, 25, of Hermitage, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following to closely and careless driving.

Brad Michael Galletta, 19, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged May 27 by the Adams Township police with two counts of forgery and two counts of theft by unlawful taking.

SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Eric Angeretti, 26, of Penn Township pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Penn Township police charged Angeretti on May 2. He was ordered to pay $379.50 in fines and court costs.Jason Berthold, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of unlawfully altering an inspection sticker, driving with a suspended license, tampering with physical evidence, and driving a vehicle not inspected, filed April 21 by Penn Township police.Beverly Blystone, 29, of Jefferson Township waived to court a bad check charge March 22 by Middlesex Township police.Robert Bowers, 32, of Mars waived to court charges of theft and access device fraud, filed May 22 by Middlesex Township police.Brian Cairns, 20, of Fairview Township pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Penn Township police cited Cairns on May 9. He was ordered to pay $529.50 in fines and court costs.Richard Dent, 38, of Summit Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license, filed May 2 by Penn Township police.Daniel Hood, 31, of Jefferson Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and a traffic light violation, filed March 8 by state police.Victoria Merten, 42, of Clinton Township pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Penn Township police cited Merten on Jan. 24. She was ordered to pay $279.50 in fines and court costs.Gary Roberts, 45, of Clinton Township pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Penn Township police cited Roberts on Jan. 24. He was ordered to pay $456 in fines and court costs.Christopher Roccia, 20, of Oakland Township pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Penn Township police cited Roccia on May 9. He was ordered to pay $529.50 in fines and court costs.Gregory Swank, 43, of Apollo, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to a bad check charge filed in private complaint April 22. He agreed to pay $5,000 in restitution and was ordered to pay $249.50 in fines and court costs.
