Gloria, I am dumbfounded and sickened by your ignorant comments directed at Gary. As for the medals you questioned, when you win the medal, they award you the medal, wether you win 1 or 5. When you put them on your Dress uniform, you wear a cluster..thats what you were shown...I have 6 Outstanding unit awards, 1 in which with Valor, so i wear on my Dress uniform, a ribbon representing that particular award and 1 silver oak leaf clusters and a V device showing that i have 5 awards and one with Valor. Its a complicated system you may not understand....My family is a military family and I have found over the years that the Vietnam Vets like Gary and most of my uncles belong to more than the VFW and American Legion. They have a bond with their brothers in arms which they fought to save. Every vet you meet that has seen combat will tell you, when the bullets are flying, and mortars are falling, you are not only fighting for your country, your freedom, your beliefs and your life, you are fighting for everyone with you at the time and they are fighting for you. You question if Gary is in any Veteran associatons....Does Semper Fi mean anything you, Gloria? Thats a bond that can never be broken. Gary, I know you are absolutely infuriated by Gloria's comments as I am, I have just learned to ignore her rediculous comments. I wish she would quit harping on how many veteran associations she belongs too, and the comment about Michael Moore just puts it in perspective, Gloria lives in her own little world....keep living in that world Gloria, maybe oneday you will be president!
