EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Sean Christopher Murphy, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26, 2004, by the Evans City police with filing a false report to law enforcement officers, two counts of inducing a minor to buy liquor and public drunkenness.

Mario St. DeHaven, 60, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Clinton Andrew Kinne, Jr., 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 1 by the state police with theft by deception and writing bad checks.

CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Scott Tunstall, 36, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Cranberry Township, had his case held to court. He was charged March 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not yielding at road, disregard of traffic lane, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper insurance, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid, failure to notify police department of an accident and two counts of failure to notify authorities of change of name or address.Corey Hill, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 30, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with attempted theft from a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.Scott Allen Wilson, 27, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, careless driving and reckless driving.Joseph Thomas Montanez, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 8 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.Lori A. Davis, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, failing to drive at safe speeds, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to stop and give information and/or render aid and damage to property by operator of a motor vehicle.
