Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

May 29 — Shawn Wesley Rome, 32, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, trespassing, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 28 incident. Police said Rome was in a locked building, pulled away from officers and had a blue stamp bag of suspected fentanyl and shooting kit with three syringes, two spoons, two cotton swabs, a scale, pipe and straw.

May 30 — Cullen Eustavio Bickham, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony trespass and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a May 29 incident. Police said Bickham was located screaming from the roof of the Maridon Museum and attempted to pull away from officers.

Butler Twp

May 28 — April Lynn Hall, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an April 28 traffic stop. Police said Hall had cocaine in her vehicle.

May 28 — Kenneth Frederick Sterling, 39, of Titusville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following a May 12 incident. Police said Sterling stole a wallet and hoodie worth about $100.

May 28 — Christopher Ryan Martinkovich, 37, of Chicora, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of forgery, controlled substance possession, driving while revoked and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 11 traffic stop. Police said Martinkovich had an alterable inspection sticker, marijuana, related paraphernalia and did not have a valid driver’s license.

May 29 — Brett Steven Beach, 33, of Harrisville, was charged with felony retail theft following an April 25 incident. Police said Beach stole $1,375 in merchandise from Home Depot.

May 30 — Brandon James Keene, 38, of Parker, was charged with two felony counts of forgery and two misdemeanor counts of theft following a May 13 incident. Police said Keene used two counterfeit $100 bills at Dollar General.

Cranberry Twp

May 30 — Amber Marie Mesol, 33, of Ambridge, was charged with felony retail theft following a Feb. 9 incident. Police said Mesol attempted to steal $526.44 merchandise from Giant Eagle.

State police, Bureau of Patrol

May 28 — Olivia McKenna Lascuola, 21, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 5, 2024, incident in Butler. Police said Lascuola showed signs of impairment, tested positive for THC and had a green glass jar with suspected marijuana and partial marijuana cigarettes.

State police, Butler

May 28 — Logan Michael Dubyak, 25, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 26 traffic stop in Slippery Rock. Police said Dubyak had a blood alcohol content of 0.166%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 28 — Neil Richard Kurowski, 46, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 2 crash in Center Township. Police said Kurowski tested positive for fentanyl and ketamine.

May 28 — Johnathon Meredit Sager, 26, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 22 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Sager showed signs of impairment and had a glass smoking pipe and suspected marijuana cigarette.

May 28 — Christian Michael Conner, 21, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 2 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Conner showed signs of impairment, tested positive for THC and had a black grinder containing suspected marijuana, two THC vape pens and a glass smoking pipe.

May 29 — Adam Jeffrey Knauer, 28, of Connoquenessing, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 12 crash in Connoquenessing. Police said Knauer had a blood alcohol content of 0.112%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
