'Steve' Stevick
Loyal Edward "Steve" Stevick, 67, of Lexington Park, Md., died Wednesday at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Md.
Born July 11, 1937, in Butler, he was the son of the late Edgar Ulysses and Katherine Schuller Stevick.
Mr. Stevick retired from the Navy in 1978. He then worked for Dyncorp for several years as a jet engine mechanic and instructor at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Md., and retired in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Daly Stevick; four children, Tamara Ann Freeman of Annandale, Va., Todd Alan Stevick of Ridge, Md., Cathleen Ann Tobin of Hanahan, S.C., and Michael R. Ameye of Woodstock, Ga.; and nine grandchildren. A sister, Loretta Quigley of East Falmouth, Mass.; a brother, Leroy Lawrence of Owensboro, Ky.; and a half-brother, Raymond Sadler of Richland, Wash., also survive.
STEVICK - Friends of Loyal Edward "Steve" Stevick, who died Wednesday, April 27, 2005, will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at BRINSFIELD FUNERAL HOME, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, Md., A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lexington Park, Md., with the Rev. Stephen Updegrave officiating.
