Kathleen E. Boehmig, 71, of Penn Township died Tuesday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospice Unit in Cabot.

She was born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 22, 1939, and was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Prohaska Dvorak.

Kathleen was an administrative assistant for Butler County-M.H.M.R.-D. & A.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Mars.

She is survived by her husband, Herman W. Boehmig, who she married on May 26, 1962; two daughters, Beverly Miller (William) of Harrisburg, and Cindy Sowinski (Robert) of Bethlehem; her grandchildren, Danielle Miller and Ethan Sowinski; and a sister, Jolene Halligan of Pittsburgh.
