SENTENCE COURT

Butler County Court Judge Thomas Doerr on Wednesday handed down the following sentences:

Jessica H. Hilliard, 19, of Youkers Road pleaded guilty to carrying a firearm without a license. She was sentenced to 2 years' probation and fined $300.

Steven E. Macklin, 39, of South Washington Street pleaded no contest to simple assault. He was sentenced to 12 months' probation and fined $300.

Christopher Vankirk, 21, of Dodds Road pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. He was sentenced to 2 years' probation and fined $300.

Kirk M. McCombs, 18, of Callery pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was sentenced to 4 years' probation, fined $100 on each of the conspiracy charges and ordered to serve 200 hours of community service. He was fined $100 on the drug charge.

Thomas R. Young, 19, of Evans City pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was sentenced to 4 years' probation, fined $100 on each of the conspiracy charges and ordered to serve 200 hours of community service. He was fined $100 on the drug charge.

Jesse A. George, 25, of Lions Road pleaded guilty to simple assault. She was sentenced to 18 months' probation, fined $300 and ordered to attend domestic violence counseling.

Eric E. Owings, 31, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was sentenced to 18 months' probation and fined $300.

John P. Tomlin, 18, of South Eberhart Road pleaded guilty to an accident involving death or injury while not properly licensed and driving with a suspended license. He was fined $300 on the accident charge, and $200 for driving under suspension. He was sentenced to 18 months' probation.

Stephen J. Kozar, 27, of North Church Street pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was sentenced to 18 months' probation, fined $100, and ordered to attend domestic violence counseling.

Vicky S. Dunkle, 29, of Chicora pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. She was sentenced to 1 year's probation, fined $100 and ordered to pay $74.92 in restitution.

Kevin M. Morrison, 34, of Ambridge pleaded guilty to three counts of theft. He was sentenced to 3 to 23½ months in prison, given credit for 97 days of time served and released on parole. He was fined $100 on each count, ordered to pay $2,800 restitution and given 1 year's probation.
