Samuel David Chioda, infant son of David and Christi J. Schubert Chioda of Butler, died at birth Saturday morning at Magee Hospital in Pittsburgh.

The family attends Northway Christian Community Church in Wexford.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Carl and Charmain L. Schmidt Schubert of Evans City; his paternal grandmother, Josephine Polce Chioda of Monroeville; his maternal great grandmother, Lorraine Kollek of Evans City; his step-great grandfather, William Henry of Evans City; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Chioda.
