It was the longest return in Jets history and tied for the second-longest in NFL history with three others. Only Ellis Hobbs' 108-yard kickoff return against the Jets in 2007 was longer.• Micheal Spurlock, Buccaneers, returned a punt 77 yards for a touchdown in Tampa Bay's 20-17 win over New Orleans.• Sebastian Janikowski, Raiders, kicked a 61-yard field goal in Oakland's 23-9 loss to Cleveland. It is the fourth-longest in league history. Janikowski's kick has only been bettered by New Orleans' Tom Dempsey (1970) and Denver's Jason Elam (1998), who share the record of 63 yards and Tampa Bay's Matt Bryant (2006), who hit from 62 yards.<B>Defense•</B> Lawrence Sidbury, Falcons, returned a fumble 11 yards for a touchdown in Atlanta's 31-3 win over Buffalo.• Marques Douglas, Jets, scored a touchdown on a 1-yard fumble return in New York's 29-15 win over Indianapolis.• Aaron Schobel, Bills, had three sacks in Buffalo's 31-3 loss to Atlanta.<B>STREAKS</B>The New York Jets ended the Colts' pursuit of perfection and their NFL-record 23-game winning streak with a 29-15 victory. ... The Cardinals (10-5) reached 10 regular-season wins for the first time since 1976, 12 years before the franchise moved from St. Louis to Arizona. ... With consecutive wins over Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Oakland, the Browns (4-11) have their first three-game winning streak since 2007 and only their third since 1999. ... Detroit lost its fifth straight game and 20th in a row on the road.<B>IN THE PLAYOFFS</B>New England is back in the playoffs after a performance worthy of the team of the decade, a 35-7 rout of Jacksonville on Sunday. The Patriots won the AFC East for the seventh time in nine years after missing the playoffs last season. Also returning to the postseason after a one-year absence is Green Bay, which secured an NFC wild-card berth with a 48-10 victory over Seattle. Cincinnati clinched the AFC North with its 17-10 win over Kansas City.
