The Aug. 4 letter to the editor by Christy Blackham, "Elevate marriage," was the best I have read so far. However, it failed to give the Bible warnings.

In Corinthians Chapter 6, Verse 9, and Galatians Chapter 5, Verse 21, Jesus tells us that homosexuals will never see the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, they will spend the rest of their existence burning in Hell.

Do gays and lesbians want Heaven or Hell? All those who support gays and gay marriages are leading them to the path of Hell - maybe also themselves.

The Bible says "love one another." How could anyone love someone and at the same time sentence them to Hell and lose that beautiful home Jesus has promised them?
