No, the bus drivers are not baby sitters. But, they must have the skills to deal with managing students. Not implement rules arbitrarily and irrationally and unfairly. Remember there are kindergartners and first graders-little kids-on the bus with 5th and 6th graders. If these issues are solved the district will be paying out another 6 figure law suit settlement. Who knows how large the bus company's will be?
