EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Shawn D. Berry, 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 30 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregarding a traffic lane.
Travis Iman, 25, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Timothy Michael Lau, 29, of Largo, Fla., waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 13 by the Adams Township police with simple assault, three counts of identity theft, criminal mischief and three counts of access device fraud.
Terry D. Keil, 28, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael David Taylor, 27, of Julian, N.C., waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possessing an instrument of crime and giving false identification to law enforcement authorities.Otto Clark Behling, 44, of McDonald, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a trailer with unsafe equipment.Joshua Lucas, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possesion with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.Matthew M. Stott, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with no turn signal, obstructed window and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Kristin C. Leotta, 38, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and driving the wrong way.Aben Mall, 39, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregarding a turning lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Michael Anthony Grasak, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court.
