Car horns and patriotic music echoed through Butler’s downtown Saturday afternoon as about 20 supporters of President Donald Trump took to Diamond Park to back the current administration.

The group gathered around noon, with some adorning camouflage fatigues and American flag clothing. Some wielded flags, while others brought handmade signs carrying messages such as “Thank you Elon,” “Stand with DOGE” and “King Trump.”

As vehicles passed down Main Street, drivers voiced their opinions through car horns, with some arms extending out the windows giving a thumbs-up, and others giving a thumbs-down. The crowd cheered and waved at supporting passersby.

Zach Scherer said he organized the demonstration as a way for supporters of President Donald Trump to voice their love for his administration’s recent actions.
